Aggressive Behaviour
At OceanMed Medical Centre verbal and/or physical abuse of our staff will not be tolerated. Any person displaying inappropriate behaviour will be asked to leave the Practice. The person may also be banned from the Practice at the discretion of the Doctor or OceanMed Management.
